You will be able to select from five different price plans to suit your particular business needs.

You might prefer:
• Price plan 1: Business Support.
Short term cover for a few days at a time to cover holidays, staff shortages or other business events.
• Price plan 2: Business Start-Up.
A low service charge, of only £19.00 per month. This option has higher call costs, because your call volumes are low to start with. (Less than 40 per month.) Ideal for business start-ups who care about service levels but are also concerned about keeping fixed overheads to a minimum.
• Price plan 3: Business Standard.
A plan that has no monthly service charge, with options to buy bundles of calls, typically 20-180 a month, just like the mobile phone companies. All inclusive fixed price, which includes taking your calls; transferring / connecting calls to mobile / land-line phones; taking messages and delivering them by any method, text to mobile, email or fax at no additional cost and with FREE ROLL OVER of unused calls to the next month.
• Price plan 4: Business Flexi.
A pay- as- you-go flexi account with a fixed monthly cost, and lower call costs. This tariff structure enables you to pay for each activity separately. This type of plan suits customers when the majority of calls are transferred / connected to any phone number of your choice in the UK.
• Price plan 5: Business 24 Hours.
For weekends, bank holidays, extended hours or 24 hour emergency call out services - to log faults with escalation procedures to get an engineer / technician out of bed. This covers weekends and UK bank holidays to a maximum of only £4.60 a day plus call costs.
Verbatim’s No Hidden Extras:
Whatever option you choose you will find that Verbatim’s prices are transparent and flexible, with no hidden extras, giving you the flexibility to change to a more economic price plan when your call volumes increase or decrease.
Beware of the following hidden charges :
• An 0845 number for business use.
• Personalised voicemail.
• Voicemail to email.
• Connecting calls- an action charge.
• High per minute costs to transfer calls ranging from 15p to 50p per minute.
• On- line diaries.
• Amendments to you account e,g. adding / deleting staff etc.
…they all mount up.
